Description Candidates will engage in close reading, discussion of and writing about selected literature from a wide variety of genres for students from the early years through adolescence, thereby becoming better readers, critics, and teachers of literature. Candidates will use this knowledge to create a comprehensive K-12 literature curriculum that incorporates local and state curriculum standards.
