Minor in Cybersecurity

Description
Students completing a Minor in Cybersecurity at MSUM will be able to evaluate the security needs of a system about vulnerabilities and risks. Students will be able to communicate about cybersecurity issues in Information Systems. To receive a Minor in Cybersecurity, the student must meet the minimum university requirements and complete the requirements for this Minor.

Student Learning Outcomes

  • Students will be able to competently design and develop secure systems.
  • Students will be able to communicate, to technical and non-technical audiences, about cybersecurity through writing and speech.
