Description This is the second course in a two-course sequence of introductory lecture and laboratory human anatomy and physiology. The course examines the fundamental concepts of human structure and function including cardiovascular function, lymphatic system, nonspecific defense and immunity, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, fluid/electrolyte and pH balance, and reproductive system. Intended for nursing students and not as a substitute for BIOL 323 and BIOL 349 required for the major in Biology: Health and Medical Sciences. MnTC Goal 3
