Description	This course is designed as a practical, hands-on experience for students to learn about the working functions of small press ventures such as the production of a literary magazine and/or a chapbook. This course is delivered through lectures, demonstrations, and supervised group activities. For example, students participate on editorial teams, curate illustrations, design book covers, organize reading tours, and develop marketing plans. All student projects are presented in class to demonstrate the process of producing a literary magazine and/or chapbook. Same as COMM 462.
