Course Outline

Description

Students will study basic principles and practices of estimating focusing on quantity survey. From a set of commercial building working drawings and specifications, students will perform quantity takeoffs associated with the CSI Divisions. Students will determine all quantities necessary to effectively price a construction project in CM 335.
