| Description |
TEFL 206 continues students’ vocabulary development by studying the ways words are given specialized meanings in different academic disciplines and in literary texts. Focus is given to learning basic vocabulary for studying within broad subject-based disciplines of the arts and social sciences. The vocabulary learned will provide assistance as students begin to take liberal arts and sciences courses for their bachelor degrees. B or higher in ELP 206 OR Placement test and Instructor permission. |
